Trilogy Ranch is Martensville’s newest master planned subdivision designed by Canwest Commercial & Land Corp., North Prairie Developments and B&A Planning Group. The development began in 2014 with the purchase of various lands and the eventual annexation into Martensville. In 2020 Trilogy Ranch received sector plan approval and is now in the final concept stage. The development consists of 81 acres of commercial development and 671 acres of total development. Trilogy Ranch will also be home to Martensville’s new recreation center.

The entire team is excited about the new beginnings of this project and promises Trilogy Ranch will be the next new exciting community in Saskatchewan. Upon completion Trilogy will expand the population of Martensville by an additional 12,000 people over the next 20 to 25 years. It has been a true pleasure to work with the City of Martensville on this exciting new project.
